A cold email writer that finds who to write to

touchbase suggests companies that fit what you built, checks they exist and can receive email, looks for a contact and drafts the first email. You read it and send it from your own mailbox.

What it does

  • Suggests companies with the reason each one fits
  • Checks the site answers and the domain can receive email
  • Looks for a contact in public information, and marks each address confirmed or not confirmed
  • Drafts a first email held for your approval, with an unsubscribe line
  • Drafts an answer to each reply for you to approve
  • Sends from your own mailbox inside monthly and daily limits

Questions

Does it send without me?
No. The first email to every company is a draft you read and send.
Where do the contacts come from?
From public information, such as the company’s own pages. An address built from the company’s usual email format is marked not confirmed, and when nothing is found touchbase says so.
Which plans include it?
Every paid plan includes it, and the monthly email allowance grows with the plan. The free plan does not include outreach. Every paid plan starts with a free week, and you are charged only if you keep it past the week.
