A posting schedule that keeps itself fed

Consistency is the part everyone loses, and the week after a launch is when it goes. Set the days and the hour once, in your timezone, and there is a draft waiting every time.

A story-sized image: Stop guessing who to write to

What it does

  • Writes on the days you choose, at the hour you choose, in your own timezone
  • Publishes automatically, or holds every draft for a person to approve
  • One post per scheduled day, however often the scheduler runs
  • Does not drift: a draft written late on Tuesday does not push Wednesday into the afternoon
  • Says the schedule back to you in plain words, so a misconfiguration is visible

How it works

  1. 1

Pick your days and your hour

Weekdays at eight, or Tuesday and Thursday at two. In your timezone, not UTC.

  2. 2

    Choose automatic or manual

Automatic publishes on the schedule. Manual leaves each draft in the library for you to approve.

  3. 3

Check in when you want to

The queue shows what is written and waiting. Nothing is a surprise.
