Warm up a mailbox without burning it

Say how old your domain is, which mailbox you use and how many cold emails a day you want to send. You get a 4 to 6 week, day by day schedule, with when to add follow ups, when to pause, and a printable checklist.

How old is the domain you will send from?

The total you want to send, first emails and follow ups together. If one mailbox cannot carry it, we say how many you need. Nothing you enter is sent to us.

How we check this

The plan is built by rules, not a model. It starts a new domain with real conversations only, adds cold email in steps, rests at weekends, adds follow ups three days after the first emails, and puts a check on every Friday. If your target is more than one mailbox should carry (about 30 to 40 a day), it tells you how many mailboxes to spread it over.

No provider publishes an exact warm up formula, so these numbers are common practice, not a guarantee. The two limits that matter are the ones providers act on: bounces under 2% and spam complaints under 0.1%. Nothing you enter is sent to us. Run the email sending check first, to make sure your domain records are right.
