A content creation system, not another writing tool
Writing is the smallest part of getting noticed. touchbase covers the rest: knowing the product, planning what to say, making posts and images, getting your approval, publishing, and measuring what worked.

What it does
- Learns what you built, who it is for and how you sound
- Plans topics and writes them on a schedule you set
- Makes text posts and images, and cuts your screen recording into a demo
- Routes everything through one approval queue with roles and an audit trail
- Publishes to the networks you connect
- Measures what each piece did and feeds it back into the next
How it works
- 01
Set it up once
Your product, your audience and the accounts you publish from.
- 02
Run the week
Review what it wrote, approve, schedule.
- 03
Learn from it
Analytics and pattern learning show what to do more of.
Who it is for
Founders with a pile of tools and no system, or no tools and no time.
Questions
- Who can approve and publish?
- Owner, admin, editor and viewer roles are enforced on the server, so a viewer cannot publish by finding the URL.
- Is there an audit trail?
- Yes. Who connected an account, approved a post or changed a schedule is recorded as it happens.
- Does it replace a marketer?
- It does the writing and the making. Somebody still decides what the product should say.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The free plan includes 3 screen demos a month of up to 2 minutes each, with a small touchbase mark on what you export, a pitch deck, 3 posts a month and one connected network. No card is needed.
