Delete your account

1. Sign in to Vexo and open Settings.
2. Under your profile, choose Delete account.
3. Read what it will remove, type your email address to confirm, and press Delete everything.

If you are the only person in your workspace, the workspace is deleted with you. If other people are in it and you are its only owner, hand it over to one of them first.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile.
• Your workspace and its posts, videos, recordings, emails, lists, contacts and settings.
• Every connected account and its stored access tokens.
• Files you uploaded and media Vexo generated for you.
• Your subscription, which is ended first so you are not charged again.

What is kept

• Billing records, held by our payment provider, because the law requires them.
• A note that the account was deleted, with the date and the email address, so we can show the request was carried out.
• Posts already published on a network. They belong to that network once they are sent.

Only connected a Facebook, Instagram or Threads account

In your Facebook settings, open Apps and Websites, find Vexo and remove it. Meta then tells us, and we delete that connection and its tokens automatically. You can also press Disconnect on that account in Vexo under Integrations.

Cannot sign in

Write to us from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you. Contact support.
